Code of Conduct

Power Outlet Usage

  • RM10 per day OR Free with the purchase of any 3 drinks and/or snacks
  • Power outlet usage is strictly per customer and not shareable between patrons.

🍱 Outside Food & Drinks

  • Not allowed on the premises.

🚭 NO VAPING OR SMOKING

  • Strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises – including the entrance, corridor, and stairwell.

🧼 Hygiene Policy

  • Please maintain basic personal hygiene while using the premises.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service if a patron's condition affects the comfort or safety of others.

👥 Respectful Conduct Required

  • All patrons must treat others with respect, regardless of age, gender, race, or background.
  • Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
  • Violators may be asked to leave without refund.

🎲 Tabletop RPG and LARP Sessions

  • For TTRPGs and LARP sessions hosted at the venue, Game Masters (GMs) have the final say on who they wish to run games for.
  • This ensures a safe and comfortable table for all participants. Please respect their decisions.

♻️ Cleanliness & Trash

  • Dispose of your trash in the provided bins.
  • Return shop-provided items (dice, trays, tokens, etc.) after use.

🪑 Furniture Policy

  • Please do not move tables or chairs by yourself.
  • If needed, ask our staff as we’re happy to help!

📸 Privacy and Photography

  • No photos or recordings of others without consent. Please do not take pictures, videos, or audio recordings of other guests or staff without their explicit permission.
  • Personal photos are welcome — as long as they respect the privacy of others and do not cause disruption.

🧑‍⚖️ Management Rights

  • The venue reserves the right to refuse service, limit access, or ask individuals to leave the premises for:
    • Non-compliance with this Code of Conduct
    • Actions posing a risk to others, the premises, or café property.
